Grateful for Geese

I had one of those eye-opening moments a few weeks ago while talking to my grandpa. I made some comment about the geese that graze in the field across from our house everyday. I don't remember what it was specifically, just some observation. He asked, sounding shocked, if I really had geese in my front yard everyday. I realized that I get to enjoy this natural beauty that others will never get to see in their neighborhood. How silly of me to take this for granted. This morning, I happened to have the camera ready when they all came in (sorry about the construction stuff in the way). I am fascinated with the way they spiral down in groups. It's like a goose tornado. Enjoy!

Oliver points the geese out every time we come over. Cool video, I'd like to see that in person.
